The pyrolysis coal gasifier invented by our company is used to gasify bituminous. It has been recognized and praised by the clients through practical application. It has been obtained the national invention patent announcement. Pyrolysis coal gasifier is a kind of furnace, improved from the one-stage coal gasifier, with the advantage of the double-stage coal gasifier, which is more suitable for gasifying the bituminous. Compared with other types, this type can save fuel, with high heating efficiency, total gasified, high calorific value and output, good qualified tar, small investment, short construction period, and convenient maintenance, etc.

There are 4 sets of pyrolysis coal gasifier running, and two of them have run for more than 20 months continuously. Compared with other gasifier, it is with obvious superiority. At present, we have two contacts with the Fengshan Glaze tile factory and Wugang east flange research co.,ltd. And it is planned to start running in Oct. It is approved by the practice that pyrolysis coal gasifier has bright future.
